Percentages are development targets in the non-propellant bulk, not per-application amounts. AHK-Cu concentration, delivered dose, use schedule, stability, dermal safety and the commercial authorization pathway require qualified drug-development review. No consumer directions for use are established.

Research context
AHK-Cu research involved cultured cells and isolated follicles, not a clinical scalp trial. A 0.2% caffeine liquid trial studied men and a different preparation; it does not establish added benefit in this foam. Rosemary oil 0.50% is a provisional development target, not an established clinical dose.
No completed clinical trial of this finished Malibu formula is documented in the product portfolio.
