Magnesium L-threonate is compound weight, providing approximately 72–75 mg elemental magnesium per target serving, subject to assay. Current revision contains no melatonin. Total active material: 4,250 mg per target serving.

Research context
Selected ingredient research includes a 21-day magnesium L-threonate trial and a small L-theanine trial. Human sleep evidence for the requested apigenin amount is limited. These studies do not validate the finished combination.
No completed clinical trial of this finished Malibu formula is documented in the product portfolio.
